Kim’s numerous nose augmentations are no secret, either. Additionally, it appears that Lil Kim could have had Botox injections under the jaw for a more chiseled look to her jawline. When asked about what were other reasons did she have plastic surgery. Lil Kim says, “I wasn’t pretty enough–even the men I was dating. And I’d be like, ‘Well, why are you with me, then?’” It’s always been men putting me down just like my dad. To this day when someone says I’m cute, I can’t see it. I don’t see it no matter what anybody says.” Unfortunately, it looks like Lil Kim may be suffering from some sort of body dysmorphic issue. Plastic surgery is not something that most African-Americans have not traditionally pursued in the past, now with increases in income levels, plastic as well as dental surgery is something that more and more African Americans are exploring.
